I am a native English speaker, fluent in Spanish, born and raised in the US, but living in Oaxaca since 2007. This is where my wife and I had our own wedding, and where her and our three kids were born and raised. I know the usual spots like the Jardín Etnobotánico, new ones like Loma Noble, and plenty of secret spots that no one has ever heard of.
Keep your wedding intimate without the circus of huge crews. I offer a full digital gallery and a cinematic highlight film as standard. I also shoot medium format and 35mm film, which has a grain and a color quality that digital sensors still can't fully copy — and when a venue allows it, I fly a drone to get the scale of the place, the mountains behind it, the courtyard from above, the thing you picked the venue for in the first place that a ground-level camera can't show.
Most photographers have either not developed a style, or have settled on one limited style and apply it to everything, whether it fits what's going on or not. This ends up making things like detail shots look ugly, or spontaneous moments looking stiff. I treat getting-ready, couple portraits, ceremony, family formals, and the dance floor as what they are — different phases of the day, with their own emotions and moments and details.

This is the optimal package, the one that makes the most of everything I offer. If your wedding is smaller, shorter, or needs something different, let me know on the call, and we'll adjust it to match — I'd rather build the right package than sell you more than your day actually needs. Photography packages start at $3,500 USD, and photo and video packages start at $6,000 USD.
I only take 15 weddings each year to devote myself fully to each couple.

You'll reserve the date with your signed contract and 40% of the package price.
